Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the courier or freight provider.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Incorrect quantities ordered
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or sale items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Sample pieces are intended as a reference only and may not fully represent the appearance of a full production batch.
